We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States. This rate remains constant regardless of how many items you purchase from our collections.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is composed of handling and transit phases. Our handling time is 1-3 business days, followed by a transit time of 4-9 business days. On average, you can expect your order within 5 to 12 business days.
Which carriers do you use for delivery?
To ensure maximum reliability, Thevbrands partners with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on the package size and your specific destination.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We provide a professional 120-day return window starting from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to ensure your new Dress or Mesh item meets your aesthetic requirements.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. At Thevbrands, we do not charge any restocking fees. We believe in a straightforward return process where you are credited the full purchase price of the eligible item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, our target for issuing a refund is 9 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within a very narrow window before our handling process begins. Please email support@thevbrands.com immediately if you need to make a change. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be altered.
