Orders placed before this time on a business day (Monday through Friday) will begin the handling process that same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will be entered into our system on the following business day.

3.2 Handling Time (1-3 Business Days)

Handling time refers to the period during which our warehouse staff authenticates the order, conducts a final quality inspection of the dresses or mesh items, and prepares the package for courier pickup. Due to the high-quality nature of our Mesh Collection, some items may require specialized packaging to prevent snagging or damage during transit. This meticulous process generally takes between 1 and 3 business days.

3.3 Transit Time (4-9 Business Days)

Once the package has been handed over to our logistical partners, the transit phase begins. For domestic shipments within the United States, the standard transit time is between 4 and 9 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and may be influenced by regional logistics volume, weather conditions, or local delivery schedules.

4. Delivery Services and Tracking

Thevbrands utilizes a network of established professional couriers to ensure the safest possible journey for your garments. Depending on the destination and the size of the parcel, your order will be delivered by one of the following reputable services:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily used for residential deliveries and P.O. Box addresses.
  • UPS (United Parcel Service): Utilized for larger volume orders and business addresses.
  • FedEx: Often deployed for expedited route efficiency in certain geographical zones.

4.1 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email. This communication will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website as the package moves through the initial sorting facilities.

5. Address Accuracy and Deliverability

To ensure a successful delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. This includes house/apartment numbers, street names, city, state, and zip codes. Thevbrands is not liable for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address entry by the customer.

If you realize that you have made an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team at support@thevbrands.com immediately. We can only modify address details if the order has not yet entered the handling phase. Once a tracking number has been generated, no further changes can be made.

6. Undeliverable Packages and Refused Shipments

In the event that a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment by the recipient, the order will be processed as a return. In such cases, the original shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items should they choose to do so.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Thevbrands takes pride in our packaging, but we recognize that transit-related issues can occasionally occur. We handle these situations with professional urgency.

7.1 Damaged Upon Arrival

If your Bow Trendy item or dress arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please document the damage with photographs and contact us at support@thevbrands.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and ensure a replacement or resolution is provided.

7.2 Missing Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that the package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact your local post office or courier branch.

If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, please reach out to our support team to initiate a formal inquiry.

 

8. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

Our Mesh Collection and Bow Trendy items are often produced in limited quantities. While our system is designed to reflect real-time inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase to offer a substitute or a full refund. Your order's shipping timeline will only begin once the inventory is confirmed and the handling process starts.
