6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color within our 120-day window, the process follows the same authorization steps as a return. However, availability is not guaranteed. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will process the request as a standard return and issue a refund according to our 9-day objective.

Order cancellation requests must be made immediately following the purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment and shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
